Who we are

EDCOF was established by Dr. Carla Massoud, PhD as a professional consultancy. We work with start-up groups and business organizations to help create the best professional  environments to meet community needs. Our Consultants are highly experienced in their field and are here to lend their expertise to elected officials and to improve services. They advise and accompany them in their tasks of administration and management at all stages of their development projects: diagnosis, design, support, evaluation and training in specific.

Our trainers are recruited from a list of experts in the particular field.  They are all trained by EDCOF on the latest strategies of training.  They have post graduates degrees and experience as well in the area of training.
